At Ridgeway we are focused upon providing supportive interventions to ensure that each child has a positive school experience and successful outcomes.
We have implemented a staged approach to behaviour management called a Pastoral Support Plan. This consists of five reporting stages. If a student displays distressed behaviour, we provide over twenty-five separate supportive interventions to enable them to flourish in our educational setting.
Once a child reaches stage three they are placed on a Home School Behaviour contract.
Our staff have been trained in the Pivotal Education approach to behaviour management, which follows five distinct pillars to ensure consistency.
