Progress Mentor – Band D (term-time only)
The post below is a non-teaching post and does not require a teaching qualification – Maternity Cover 12-month contract.
Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational person who has the drive and passion to make a difference to students at Ridgeway High School.
We are looking to recruit a progress mentor to work with year 11 students to help them prepare for their GCSE examinations. This role will include supporting students with revision, liaising with parents, ensuring students attend additional study sessions.
We are looking for a person who:
• Believe that all children can achieve;
• Possess the enthusiasm, energy and dedication to make the role successful and a route to help students engage with learning
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
