Bullying is repeated behaviour, which makes other people feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened. It may be intentional or it may not. Our Anti-Bullying Policy makes clear that bullying, in whatever form, is unacceptable. Every member of the Ridgeway community has the right to be safe and happy, to feel valued and to have the opportunity to flourish.
The Anti-Bullying Policy sets out:
- what we mean by bullying
- the procedures and support systems we have in place to deal with any incidents of bullying
- steps we take to prevent bullying
